Silviu Braru took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eric Lupașcu. Eric Lupașcu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Pavel Măgherușan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Emil Zdrelea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eusebiu Inculeț might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emil Zdrelea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eusebiu Inculeț ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, C.F. Corabia XII-H's Valer Firu got a free kick in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pavel Măgherușan in the 19th minute of play forced C.F. Corabia XII-H's goalkeeper Emil Zdrelea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eusebiu Inculeț recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 21 minutes into the game, one of C.F. Corabia XII-H:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Romeo Ciompec placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! With a little luck, C.F. Corabia XII-H's Emil Zdrelea got control of the ball when Eusebiu Inculeț tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eusebiu Inculețs short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got Emil Zdrelea to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 28th minute, Hotesti's Pavel Măgherușan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Emil Zdrelea. Emil Zdrelea yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Eric Lupașcu came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by C.F. Corabia XII-H's Martin Ghișe. But to his dismay, Martin Ghișe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. If Eusebiu Inculeț had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Hotesti getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Vlad Zăreanu hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ioan Drâmbă during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Eric Lupașcu went to the wrong direction when Silviu Braru was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Eusebiu Inculeț recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half C.F. Corabia XII-H were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 51stth minute of the game Eusebiu Inculeț who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.F. Corabia XII-H's Emil Zdrelea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Martin Ghișe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eric Lupașcu having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pavel Măgherușan in the 55th minute of play forced C.F. Corabia XII-H's goalkeeper Emil Zdrelea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pavel Măgherușan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pavel Măgherușan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Emil Zdrelea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eusebiu Inculeț struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Emil Zdrelea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hotesti. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusebiu Inculeț in the 64th minute of play forced C.F. Corabia XII-H's goalkeeper Emil Zdrelea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Hotesti's Eric Lupașcu got control of the ball when Mihnea Curtean tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eusebiu Inculeț fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Zdrelea having to interfere. When Silviu Braru came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the C.F. Corabia XII-H fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silviu Braru couldn't finish the play. After 76 played minutes C.F. Corabia XII-H got a freekick which was hit by Augustin Zăvoiu. Mihnea Curtean kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Eusebiu Inculeț fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Zdrelea having to interfere. After some careless play in the C.F. Corabia XII-H defense, Pavel Măgherușan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emil Zdrelea. The C.F. Corabia XII-H fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emil Zdrelea should have stopped the shot. Emil Zdrelea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusebiu Inculeț in the 90th minute of the match.
