Eric Budulea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 26th minute, Eric Budulea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tudor Ciolofan during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Barot getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Tudor Ciolofan hit a great ball. 28 minutes into the match, Barot's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Porumboiu came free, but Vlad Vlădoiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, F.C.Liverpool's goal looked a bit too open when Gheorghe Drilea came free, but George Grozăvescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vlad Vlădoiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Traian Caranică kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filip Porumboiu in the 42nd minute of play forced Barot's goalkeeper Vlad Vlădoiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute, Nechifor Văcăroiu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. George Grozăvescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nechifor Văcăroiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tiberiu Vărzaru was the one to do the kick off. F.C.Liverpool's George Grozăvescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nechifor Văcăroiu in the 52nd minute of play. After 54 minutes, Marcel Mumuleanu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F.C.Liverpool and the Barot players grew even worse after the yellow card. 53 minutes into the game, one of F.C.Liverpool:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Eduard Ciocoiu walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. F.C.Liverpool's Filip Porumboiu got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nechifor Văcăroiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th minute, Gheorghe Drilea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Barot's zone, Filip Porumboiu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vlad Vlădoiu came out of the goal and Filip Porumboiu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tiberiu Vărzaru charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tiberiu Vărzaru the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the match clock showed 81 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Filip Porumboiu sped through Barot's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vlad Vlădoiu. After a rather tough play, F.C.Liverpool's Augustin Bunescu got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 87th minute, Eduard Ciocoiu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Filip Porumboiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Filip Porumboiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The F.C.Liverpool support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
