If Sever Zmeu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 10 minutes into the game, Zidarii AFC's Sever Zmeu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dan Liviu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Sever Zmeu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Eduard Săndulescu fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC UNIREA Custelnic's protests and gave Eduard Săndulescu a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Zidarii AFC booed when FC UNIREA Custelnic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduard Săndulescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gigi Mitulescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dan Liviu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sever Zmeu in the 22nd minute of the match. FC UNIREA Custelnic's Dan Liviu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gigi Mitulescu in the 23rd minute of play. Avram Iacobescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrei Şerb having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, Gigi Mitulescu notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of FC UNIREA Custelnic's Dan Liviu. Dan Liviu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Avram Iacobescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Avram Iacobescu charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Avram Iacobescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 38th match minute, FC UNIREA Custelnic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Avram Iacobescu to maneuver through the defense. 41 minutes into the match, Zidarii AFC's Gigi Mitulescu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dan Liviu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 42 played minutes FC UNIREA Custelnic got a freekick which was hit by Eugen Ficsinescu. In the 43rd minute, Gigi Mitulescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dan Liviu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After the first half Zidarii AFC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gigi Mitulescu to strike the kick off in the second half. If Sever Zmeu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gigi Mitulescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eugen Ficsinescu hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Sever Zmeu struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Dan Liviu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zidarii AFC. Gigi Mitulescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Dan Liviu made a huge save. Gigi Mitulescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Dan Liviu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gigi Mitulescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dan Liviu having to interfere. Gigi Mitulescu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Dan Liviu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Sever Zmeu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 75th minute, Petre Orescu made a precise shot to the right of Andrei Şerb. Zidarii AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. With an all-out effort, Zidarii AFC's Dan Liviu threw himself towards the right post 79 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gigi Mitulescu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sever Zmeu got free with Dan Liviu in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Sever Zmeu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zidarii AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sever Zmeu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dan Liviu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zidarii AFC's Andrei Şerb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petre Orescu in the 90th minute of play. Gigi Mitulescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
