With an all-out effort, Barot's Mihnea Boacă threw himself towards the right post 14 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gheorghe Drilea, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 16 minutes into the match, Dacian Chifan notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Barot's Vlad Vlădoiu. Vlad Vlădoiu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Dacian Chifan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mihnea Boacă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gheorghe Drilea in the 26th minute of the match. When Tudor Ciolofan came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Barot fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tudor Ciolofan couldn't finish the play. Dacian Chifan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dacian Chifan in the 32nd minute of play forced Barot's goalkeeper Vlad Vlădoiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Kadicsfalva UFC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Nistor Nicoliță hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Barot's Nechifor Văcăroiu got a free kick in the 35th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Barot's goal looked a bit too open when Dacian Chifan came free, but Vlad Vlădoiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Barot's Tudor Ciolofan got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tudor Ciolofan couldn't finish the play. Mihnea Boacă showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gheorghe Drilea, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. 97 minutes into the match, Gheorghe Drilea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mihnea Boacă. Kadicsfalva UFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gheorghe Drilea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1.
