Spectators: 7461 (Terracing: 5634, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Emanuel Stroiescu kicked off to start the match. The supporters of FC Razoare booed when Olesti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iustin Diaconescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 4th minute of the match Romeo Nedelcea shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Octav Gherguț showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 7 minutes into the game, Sebastian Coraș cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Octav Gherguț was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mihnea Florean sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12thth minute of the game Aurel Găvan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Razoare's Costin Bălășoiu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Olesti's Octav Gherguț played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anton Floricel in the 24th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Sebastian Coraș managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Razoare's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Coraș was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Octav Gherguț breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 33rd minute Emanuel Stroiescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octav Gherguț saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute, Ivan Mîțu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Aurel Găvan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Olesti's supporters rose to their feet, but Aurel Găvan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Costin Bălășoiu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aurel Găvan made a kick off. Sebastian Coraș received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Octav Gherguț tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Mihnea Florean came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Olesti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mihnea Florean couldn't finish the play. Olesti's Aurel Găvan got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dorin Mărăscu charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dorin Mărăscu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, FC Razoare's Dorin Mărăscu got a free kick in the 64th minute. Aurel Găvan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
