After a defensive mix-up in alcoolica's zone, Dorin Ignea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tiberiu Magheran came out of the goal and Dorin Ignea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 16 minutes, Cristinel Sticlaru mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DINAMO and the alcoolica players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th match minute, DINAMO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Avram Văcaru to maneuver through the defense. Maxim Vâlcu kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. DINAMO were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after alcoolica's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marcel Apolzan took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Marcel Apolzan got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tiberiu Magheran quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Remus Şimoc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. DINAMO's Dorin Ignea got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 34th minute, Costică Postelnicu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The alcoolica fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Marius Ozon charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marius Ozon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 43rd minute, Marius Ozon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marius Ozon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dorin Ignea to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, alcoolica's goal looked a bit too open when Dorin Ignea came free, but Tiberiu Magheran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Costică Postelnicu ran back to his position shaking his head. alcoolica's Tiberiu Magheran proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save alcoolica from getting a goal against them. Remus Şimoc recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Basarab Mustață showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Costică Postelnicu, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. A collision led to alcoolica getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Adam Dordea hit a great ball. After 76 minutes alcoolica's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marcel Apolzan who took care of the corner kick. After having played for 87 minutes, Remus Şimoc managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DINAMO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Remus Şimoc was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Basarab Mustață showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marius Ozon, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Tiberiu Magheran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dorin Ignea in the 96th minute of play. DINAMO's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
