Gigel Nediu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Răzvan Rădvan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th minute of the match Luca Ţurlău shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Răzvan Rădvan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Răzvan Rădvan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gigel Nediu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eliodor Domuță charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eliodor Domuță the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eliodor Domuță kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The FC SOFERU BAIA MAREE players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Zlatarei were winning 0-1.

After a defensive mix-up in Zlatarei's zone, Fabian Stan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anton Cărtărescu came out of the goal and Fabian Stan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 55th minute Octavian Hoancă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anton Cărtărescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iustinian Ciuhandu's late challenge caught a FC SOFERU BAIA MAREE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iustinian Ciuhandu helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of FC SOFERU BAIA MAREE booed when Zlatarei was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. In the 80th minute, Iustinian Ciuhandu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anton Cărtărescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavian Hoancă, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. The supporters of Zlatarei booed when FC SOFERU BAIA MAREE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iulian Răduța didn't get a good kick on the ball. 95 minutes into the match, FC SOFERU BAIA MAREE's goal looked a bit too open when Gigel Nediu came free, but Răzvan Rădvan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC SOFERU BAIA MAREE's David Boieraș got a free kick in the 96th minute. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
