Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alin Ianculescu took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Martin Angheluș notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Vargata's Costin Logofeteanu. Costin Logofeteanu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alin Ianculescu in the 6th minute of play forced Vargata's goalkeeper Costin Logofeteanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vargata's defense didn't have a chance, in the 8th minute, when Alin Ianculescu scored to the left of an out of position Costin Logofeteanu, making the score, 2-0. Alin Ianculescu was extremely unlucky when he, in the 14th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. With a little luck, Vargata's Costin Logofeteanu got control of the ball when Martin Angheluș tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Alin Ianculescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Costin Logofeteanu was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. The Vargata fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Costin Logofeteanu should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Arvatfalva getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Pompiliu Taşcu hit a great ball. Petru Jder scored 3-1 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Traian Cumpanașu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alin Ianculescu scored 4-1 in the 49th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Costin Logofeteanu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Petru Jder made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Vargata's zone, Alin Ianculescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Costin Logofeteanu came out of the goal and Alin Ianculescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Martin Angheluș spun around in front of the goal 60 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Vargata's goal. Martin Angheluș received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Costin Logofeteanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Martin Angheluș left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Arvatfalva fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. After a rather tough play, Arvatfalva's Marcu Remus got a free kick in the 72nd minute. When Alin Ianculescu came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Arvatfalva fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alin Ianculescu couldn't finish the play. If Martin Angheluș had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pompiliu Taşcu in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Costin Logofeteanu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 93rdth minute of the game Martin Angheluș who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vargata's Costin Logofeteanu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alin Ianculescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Aurel Zmărăndescu's late challenge caught a Arvatfalva's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aurel Zmărăndescu helped the player get up and apologised. After 95 played minutes Vargata got a freekick which was hit by Aurel Zmărăndescu. When Arvatfalva's Martin Angheluș in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vargata's goalie prevented a goal. Arvatfalva's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
