With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emanuel Unciuleanu in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgar Petriceanu saved FC Chinezu Timisoara from getting behind. After having played for 4 minutes, Iustin Antohi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC. STEAUA SAHATENI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iustin Antohi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emanuel Buta's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gheorghe Teodor firmly grabbed it by the left post. Edgar Petriceanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Unciuleanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. FC. STEAUA SAHATENI's Gheorghe Teodor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save FC. STEAUA SAHATENI from getting a goal against them. Iustin Antohi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Petriceanu having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emanuel Unciuleanu made a kick off. Edgar Petriceanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Unciuleanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st match minute, FC Chinezu Timisoara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Pintea to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in FC Chinezu Timisoara's zone, Emanuel Unciuleanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgar Petriceanu came out of the goal and Emanuel Unciuleanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 68 minutes of play, FC Chinezu Timisoara's Leonard Cristoiu made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gheorghe Teodor was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gheorghe Teodor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Buta, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Emanuel Buta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gheorghe Teodor having to interfere. Edgar Petriceanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Unciuleanu in the 84th minute of play. Irinel Cicortaș's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgar Petriceanu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. 87 minutes into the game, Irinel Cicortaș cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Edgar Petriceanu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 91st minute, Emanuel Buta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gheorghe Teodor was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. The FC Chinezu Timisoara support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
