The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The audience was convinced that Grigore Doman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Petrică Busuioc was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. 32 minutes into the game, Tantava's Grigore Doman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Petrică Busuioc made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. In the 35thth minute of the game Grigore Doman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fc Arges Pitesti's Petrică Busuioc was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Petrică Busuioc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Petrică Busuioc came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Tantava's Grigore Doman. But to his dismay, Grigore Doman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After 42 minutes of play, Tantava's Grigore Doman made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Petrică Busuioc was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fc Arges Pitesti's Petrică Busuioc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisc Negulescu in the 46th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcu Videanu made a kick off. Sergiu Cozorici's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 52ndth minute, Petrică Busuioc skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A hard shot 53 in the game by Grigore Doman from a close distance when the talented Petrică Busuioc managed to make a qualified save. Fc Arges Pitesti's players were relieved. Fc Arges Pitesti's Ionel Arsene got his second yellow card of the match in the 54th minute. The referee ordered Ionel Arsene off the ground. A collision led to Fc Arges Pitesti getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Ionel Arsene hit a great ball. Sergiu Cozoricis short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Petrică Busuioc to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Fc Arges Pitesti's defense didn't have a chance, in the 94th minute, when Francisc Negulescu scored to the left of an out of position Petrică Busuioc, making the score, 0-8. Tantava's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
