When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Francisc Martin made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Denis Tilincă got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Iacob Almajan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 56th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Silviu Leucuța. Deparati AC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Călin Bârsan came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the FC Los Angeles fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Călin Bârsan couldn't finish the play. Călin Bârsan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Silviu Leucuța tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Octav Caragea spun around in front of the goal 67 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of FC Los Angeles's goal. 69 minutes into the match, Deparati AC's Octav Caragea sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Călin Drăgoescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 96 minutes, Denis Tilincă managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Los Angeles's supporters crossed their fingers, but Denis Tilincă was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Los Angeles fully deserved thier win.
