The Zorileasca fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ernest Mihuț should have stopped the shot. After 44 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Zorileasca! 47 minutes into the game, Setu AC's Cristinel Berca nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ernest Mihuț made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. The Zorileasca players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aurel Cezar to strike the kick off in the second half. Victor Stroescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Augustin Spirea in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ernest Mihuț prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Augustin Spirea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute.
