Spectators: 7553 (Terracing: 5666, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 150) With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gelu Horațiu in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Denis Paulescu saved SS Gașca Nebună from getting behind. After 5 played minutes FC Velos got a freekick which was hit by Robert Frățilă. If Horia Antipa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Teodor Focșa made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Horia Antipa sent off a good shot on target. Horia Antipa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aristide Drâmba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Denis Paulescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Frățilă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 46 minutes of play, FC Velos's Gelu Horațiu made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Denis Paulescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Horia Antipa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodor Focșa having to interfere. Gelu Horațiu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, FC Velos's Robert Frățilă got a free kick in the 57th minute. After 60 minutes, Ilie Suciu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Velos and the SS Gașca Nebună players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gelu Horațiu got free with Denis Paulescu in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 79 minutes, David Bosânceanu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SS Gașca Nebună and the FC Velos players grew even worse after the yellow card. FC Velos's Aristide Drâmba got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Gelu Horațiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Gelu Horațiu came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the FC Velos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gelu Horațiu couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, SS Gașca Nebună's Romeo Niță got a free kick in the 93rd minute. FC Velos's Gelu Horațiu got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Horia Antipa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
