Spectators: 5650 (Terracing: 4500, Seating: 1100, VIP seats: 50) In the 3rd minute Viorel Stănoiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Arnăuțoiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 5th minute, Nicolae Vasiliu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Petelei AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Sangeroasa's Dragoş Chirea slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Valer Răduț. That made the score 1-1 after 9 minutes of play. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Viorel Stănoiu put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Sebastian Arnăuțoiu. After a defensive mix-up in Sangeroasa's zone, Damian Tomescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastian Arnăuțoiu came out of the goal and Damian Tomescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 17th match minute, Petelei AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damian Tomescu to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st minute, Viorel Stănoiu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sebastian Arnăuțoiu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Sebastian Arnăuțoiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viorel Stănoiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebastian Arnăuțoiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Bărnuțiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Dragoş Chirea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Valer Răduț tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bogdan Nedelcea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valer Răduț having to interfere. Valer Răduț stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dragoş Chirea's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Nicolae Vasiliu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Sebastian Arnăuțoiu made a huge save. A collision led to Petelei AFC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Manuel Bejan hit a great ball. Sebastian Arnăuțoiu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Damian Tomescu in the 59th minute. Valentin Bărnuțiu's late challenge caught a Sangeroasa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Valentin Bărnuțiu helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Sangeroasa booed when Petelei AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentin Bărnuțiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastian Arnăuțoiu was out of position in the 65 minute of play, and Viorel Stănoiu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Viorel Stănoiu really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. The supporters of Petelei AFC booed when Sangeroasa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gelu Enoiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Petelei AFC's Rareș Taşcu broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Petelei AFC's Nicolae Vasiliu got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Manuel Bejan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Petelei AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Manuel Bejan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastian Arnăuțoiu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 78 minutes of play, Petelei AFC's Damian Tomescu made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sebastian Arnăuțoiu was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 82nd minute of the match, Nicolae Vasiliu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sebastian Arnăuțoiu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The Petelei AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
