Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Augustin Mailat started the match with the kick off. A collision led to FC SANATATEA getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Matei Frâncu hit a great ball. Augustin Mailat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Thaddeus Routhier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thaddeus Routhier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augustin Mailat, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. If Eliodor Călimanescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Albert Chesaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandu Şteţ in the 20th minute of play. FC SANATATEA's Thaddeus Routhier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augustin Mailat in the 22nd minute of play. With a little luck, FC SANATATEA's Thaddeus Routhier got control of the ball when George Brânza tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eliodor Călimanescu kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Albert Chesaru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sever Ionășescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 41st match minute, FC SANATATEA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ionuț Amânaloae to maneuver through the defense. Valeriu Vâtcu was extremely unlucky when he, in the 44th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nechifor Dănciulescu during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 57 played minutes Brusturoasa got a freekick which was hit by Nechifor Dănciulescu. Marcel Tudoran, 58 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 61st minute, Sever Ionășescu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Albert Chesaru. The goal made the score 0-1. In the 65th minute, Dacian Ghiorman fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 68th match minute, FC SANATATEA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Pintea to maneuver through the defense. Thaddeus Routhier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augustin Mailat in the 69th minute of the match. Albert Chesaru didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC SANATATEA.
