Eliodor Călimanescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iurie Corlățean having to interfere. Eliodor Călimanescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Iurie Corlățean tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iurie Corlățean didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC SANATATEA. If Sandu Şteţ had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Hagiesti getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Emilian Zbuchea hit a great ball. Sever Ionășescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iurie Corlățean having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eliodor Călimanescu to make the kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Eliodor Călimanescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC SANATATEA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eliodor Călimanescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Eliodor Călimanescu, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 57 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Iurie Corlățean was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Hagiesti's Iurie Corlățean played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliodor Călimanescu in the 63rd minute of play. When Sandu Şteţ came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the FC SANATATEA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sandu Şteţ couldn't finish the play. FC SANATATEA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hagiesti the free kick. After 74 played minutes FC SANATATEA got a freekick which was hit by Ionuț Amânaloae. If Emilian Zbuchea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aristide Apăvăloaies short, quick shot in the 80thth minute got Thaddeus Routhier to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. FC SANATATEA's Sever Ionășescu got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Iurie Corlățean took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sever Ionășescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 99 minutes into the match, Aristide Apăvăloaie notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of FC SANATATEA's Thaddeus Routhier. Thaddeus Routhier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
