Sever Doinaș came out of the goal and George Alexandru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, George Alexandru put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Sever Doinaș. When the final whistle sounded Nevesteasca left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ghergheleu CSS.
