Ştefan Isaia did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-1 to the left of a surprised Tiberiu Ene 32 minutes into the match. Cezar Bădoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiberiu Ene having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Francisc Arnăutu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Pantazi's Cezar Bădoi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tiberiu Ene narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cezar Bădoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiberiu Ene having to interfere. Tiberiu Ene stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Remus Panin's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Tiberiu Ene showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cezar Bădoi in the 82nd minute of the match. Ştefan Isaia might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tiberiu Ene. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ştefan Isaia ran back to his position shaking his head. 89 minutes into the game, Pantazi's Ştefan Isaia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tiberiu Ene made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. In the 94th minute, Eduard Prodan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Pantazi had played much better football throughout.
