Nae Enceanu came out of the goal and Șerban Nișu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 21st minute, Șerban Nișu made a precise shot to the right of Nae Enceanu. Vladestii's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. WORLDVENTURES's Tiberiu Ene played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ilie Lăzăroiu in the 24th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Vladestii's Ilie Lăzăroiu got a free kick in the 26th minute. After a rather tough play, Vladestii's Virgil Hortopan got a free kick in the 41st minute. If Șerban Nișu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ilie Lăzăroiu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Francisc Arnăutu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nae Enceanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Șerban Nișu in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st minute Francisc Arnăutu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nae Enceanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. WORLDVENTURES's Șerban Nișu got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leontin Geantă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Tiberiu Ene tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Francisc Arnăutu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 72nd minute by Leontin Geantă got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leontin Geantă couldn't finish the play. WORLDVENTURES's defense didn't have a chance, in the 94th minute, when Ilie Lăzăroiu scored to the left of an out of position Tiberiu Ene, making the score, 1-1. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
