Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Emilian Cimpoieru started the match with the kick off. With his leg Gigel Seremet managed to avoid a goal in the 3rdth minute, when F.C.Dacii's Ovidiu Bondrea fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the match clock showed 6 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Gabriel Silişteanu sped through F.C.Dacii's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pavel Harnagea. Emilian Cimpoieru might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pavel Harnagea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emilian Cimpoieru ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Surdesti's Filip Smarandache got a free kick in the 15th minute. 20 minutes into the game, Gabriel Silişteanu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Pavel Harnagea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Emilian Cimpoieru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pavel Harnagea having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, F.C.Dacii's goal looked a bit too open when Emilian Cimpoieru came free, but Pavel Harnagea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ovidiu Bondrea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pavel Harnagea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilian Cimpoieru, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Călin Pătrașcu kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Emilian Cimpoieru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ionică Poplăcan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ionică Poplăcan in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gigel Seremet saved Surdesti from getting behind. In the 54th minute Ovidiu Bondrea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gigel Seremet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gabriel Silişteanu made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 60thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Pavel Harnagea would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. 69 minutes into the match, F.C.Dacii's Ovidiu Bondrea sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gigel Seremet narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 72 minutes into the match, Surdesti's goal looked a bit too open when Ionică Poplăcan came free, but Gigel Seremet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gigel Seremet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidiu Bondrea in the 75th minute of play. Silviu Simionică hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. If Emilian Cimpoieru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 87 in the game by Gabriel Silişteanu from a close distance when the talented Pavel Harnagea managed to make a qualified save. F.C.Dacii's players were relieved. 93 minutes into the match, Surdesti's goal looked a bit too open when Ovidiu Bondrea came free, but Gigel Seremet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Surdesti's zone, Ovidiu Bondrea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gigel Seremet came out of the goal and Ovidiu Bondrea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gigel Seremet came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by F.C.Dacii's Ionică Poplăcan. But to his dismay, Ionică Poplăcan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
