Stefanestii's Narcis Pantelimon got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Narcis Pantelimon struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Viorel Şimoc didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stefanestii. Viorel Şimoc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narcis Pantelimon in the 24th minute of the match. Viorel Şimoc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narcis Pantelimon in the 30th minute of play. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by ForceIndia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sorin Ghionaru was slow to take the kick. During this time Stefanestii's players had a chance to rest. Viorel Şimoc made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Stelian Mălin sent off a good shot on target. If Călin Braru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute, Călin Braru left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stefanestii fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 45th minute, one of ForceIndia:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for ForceIndia. In the 47th minute, the referee gave Stefanestii a penalty. Sorin Ghionaru looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Viorel Şimoc. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rareș Ganea to strike the kick off in the second half. Sorin Ghionaru took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 65th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Viorel Şimoc. ForceIndia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Călin Braru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. After 76 played minutes, Stefanestii's Sorin Ghionaru shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Viorel Şimoc came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Stefanestii reached it. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Stefanestii had played much better football throughout.
