Mihail Gorunescu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cristian Plopeanu having to make a save. In the 8th minute, Horaţiu Pora got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Viorel Şimoc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horaţiu Pora in the 11th minute of play. Mihail Gorunescu struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Cristian Plopeanu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ForceIndia. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rareș Ganea in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristian Plopeanu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 20 minutes into the game, Matei Bobei was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Plugari's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ForceIndia the free kick. A collision led to Plugari getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Matei Bobei hit a great ball. Rareș Ganea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Cristian Plopeanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the game, one of Plugari:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 33rdth minute of the game Rareș Ganea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Plugari's Cristian Plopeanu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 35 minutes, Horaţiu Pora managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Plugari's supporters crossed their fingers, but Horaţiu Pora was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to ForceIndia getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Denis Murgan hit a great ball. Viorel Şimoc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horaţiu Pora, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 45 minutes into the match, Plugari's goal looked a bit too open when Rareș Ganea came free, but Cristian Plopeanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rareș Ganea to strike the kick off in the second half. Cristian Plopeanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rareș Ganea in the 51st minute of play. When Ionuț Cobzeanu came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Plugari fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ionuț Cobzeanu couldn't finish the play. Cristian Plopeanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihail Gorunescu in the 55th minute of the match. ForceIndia's Viorel Şimoc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horaţiu Pora in the 58th minute of play. If Horaţiu Pora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 61 minutes into the game, ForceIndia's Mihail Gorunescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cristian Plopeanu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 66 minutes into the match, Plugari's goal looked a bit too open when Rareș Ganea came free, but Cristian Plopeanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Horaţiu Pora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Viorel Şimoc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horaţiu Pora in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Emilian Brumaru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Panait Mitulescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Viorel Şimoc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Panait Mitulescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Plugari's supporters rose to their feet, but Panait Mitulescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Viorel Şimoc breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 94th minute, Horaţiu Pora got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. ForceIndia had won after a very even match.
