In the 4th minute, Leontin Bungeanu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Costel Dragomir. The goal made the score 1-0. Eric Mihăileanu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sabin Arvinte went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Sabin Arvinte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edu Marquez hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute of the match Iordache Soneriu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eric Mihăileanu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Cyrille Huynh's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Costel Dragomir was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Ciragi FC's Leontin Bungeanu got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rocada mica's Costel Dragomir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leontin Bungeanu in the 36th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Nae Banica hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adrian Iancu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Cyrille Huynh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sabin Arvinte was the one to do the kick off. Iordache Soneriu's late challenge caught a Ciragi FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iordache Soneriu helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Rocada mica booed when Ciragi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Puric didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Rocada mica defense, Cyrille Huynh kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Costel Dragomir. The Rocada mica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Costel Dragomir should have stopped the shot. Cyrille Huynh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Costel Dragomir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Cyrille Huynh came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Ciragi FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cyrille Huynh couldn't finish the play. Iordache Soneriu was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 70th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Cyrille Huynh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Costel Dragomir having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cyrille Huynh in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Costel Dragomir prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Gheorghe Siteavu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ciragi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gheorghe Siteavu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Costel Dragomir breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Costel Dragomir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cyrille Huynh, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Costel Dragomir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cyrille Huynh in the 83rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Rocada mica's zone, Ştefan Gurlui stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Costel Dragomir came out of the goal and Ştefan Gurlui tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 88 minutes, David Puric managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ciragi FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Puric was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ciragi FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
