Ilie Costandache showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Lozovan in the 10th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the game, Tazlaul FC's Anton Aliuta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Victor Huțupan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a rather tough play, Romanian Patriots's Martin Balaeț got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 16th minute, Iustinian Negulici got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Romanian Patriots getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Cosmin Chifu hit a great ball. In the 18thth minute of the game Anton Aliuta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Romanian Patriots's Victor Huțupan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Romanian Patriots's goal looked a bit too open when George Dinculescu came free, but Victor Huțupan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the game, Tazlaul FC's Iustinian Negulici nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Victor Huțupan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iustinian Negulici, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Anton Aliuta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tazlaul FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Anton Aliuta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victor Huțupan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 44th minute of the match Matei Tinu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Victor Huțupan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Lucrețiu Iovanovici kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. In the 49th minute of the match Ionel Tonegaru sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Victor Huțupan skillfully saved the ball. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Iustinian Negulici made the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tazlaul FC! Romanian Patriots's Victor Huțupan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Romanian Patriots from getting a goal against them. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Iustinian Negulici was extremely unlucky when he, in the 91st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Victor Huțupan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iustinian Negulici in the 93rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Anton Aliuta kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Victor Huțupan. That made the score 1-4 in the 97 minute of play. Iustinian Negulici received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 100th minute. Victor Huțupan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Tazlaul FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
