Spectators: 7068 (Terracing: 5668, Seating: 1300, VIP seats: 100) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Toader Lupșe got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Carabaci CSS booed when Jupanu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jupanu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Carabaci CSS the free kick. Toader Lupșe scored 2-2 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sebastian Stroescu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ilie Enache showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Ruzicki in the 45th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Julian Ruzicki made the kick off in the second half. If Toader Lupșe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The Jupanu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ilie Enache should have stopped the shot.
