The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 14th match minute, Dridif was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remus Hârtopanu to maneuver through the defense. 15 minutes into the match, CS Atletic Tonea's Marcos Zumelzu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alin Hobjilă narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With an all-out effort, Dridif's Emanuele De Simone threw himself towards the right post 20 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Andrei Ghișerel, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Through an outstanding action, after 34 minutes, Emanuele De Simone successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Dridif's Alin Hobjilă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brama Syahronie in the 37th minute of play. Daniel Racoviță hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute, Andrei Ghișerel made a precise shot to the right of Emanuele De Simone. CS Atletic Tonea's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Emanuele De Simone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciprian Iurașcu in the 44th minute of the match. CS Atletic Tonea's defense didn't have a chance, in the 45th minute, when Daniel Racoviță scored to the left of an out of position Emanuele De Simone, making the score, 5-0. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Alin Hobjilă.
