Mihnea Calciu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Mihai Antonescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ioan Horodincă recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mădălin Fărcășan hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Moise Arnăutu's late challenge caught a Traparauta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Moise Arnăutu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 17th match minute, Juventus Fălciu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moise Arnăutu to maneuver through the defense. George Maior kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Ioan Horodincă might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mihai Antonescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ioan Horodincă ran back to his position shaking his head. George Maior's late challenge caught a Traparauta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. Ioan Horodincă blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mihai Antonescu having to make a save. 29 minutes into the game, Ioan Horodincă cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Mihai Antonescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 32 minutes into the match, Juventus Fălciu's goal looked a bit too open when Ioan Horodincă came free, but Mihai Antonescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ioan Horodincă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ioan Horodincă in the 43rd minute of play forced Juventus Fălciu's goalkeeper Mihai Antonescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ioan Horodincă, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 44 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Mihai Antonescu was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Mihnea Calciu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Mihai Antonescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mihai Antonescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ioan Horodincă in the 48th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aron Hurgoi was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th match minute, Juventus Fălciu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aron Hurgoi to maneuver through the defense. If Mihnea Calciu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd minute, Mihai Ungureanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ioan Horodincă might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mihai Antonescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ioan Horodincă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mihai Antonescu having to interfere. Ioan Horodincă in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mihai Antonescu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. George Maior hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Ioan Horodincă could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Mihai Antonescu made a huge save. A collision led to Traparauta getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Dan Gâțea hit a great ball. After having played for 86 minutes, Ioan Horodincă managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Traparauta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ioan Horodincă was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Juventus Fălciu's Moise Arnăutu got a free kick in the 87th minute. The supporters of Traparauta booed when Juventus Fălciu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciprian Brătescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mihnea Calciu struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Mihai Antonescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Traparauta. Traparauta played a much better game than Juventus Fălciu and deserved their victory. The Juventus Fălciu players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
