Spectators: 7407 (Terracing: 5593, Seating: 1714, VIP seats: 100) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gigel Cornoiu took the kick off in the first half of the match. 5 minutes into the match, Ametistul's goal looked a bit too open when Basarab Mitruț came free, but Nicodim Aalexoaiei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicolae Grămescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Nicodim Aalexoaiei made a huge save. FC Super Buni's Basarab Mitruț got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eduard Firea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gigel Cornoiu in the 15th minute of play. Daniel Popoacă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Nicodim Aalexoaiei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 1-0 became the score in the 22nd minute when Basarab Mitruț elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 27thth minute of the game Gigel Cornoiu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Super Buni's Eduard Firea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Super Buni's goalkeeper Eduard Firea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Gigel Cornoiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eduard Firea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gigel Cornoiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ametistul's zone, Basarab Mitruț stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicodim Aalexoaiei came out of the goal and Basarab Mitruț tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Ametistul getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Eric Bunescu hit a great ball. In the 42nd minute Basarab Mitruț shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicodim Aalexoaiei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ametistul's Mihnea Gurzău got a free kick in the 46th minute. After having played for 47 minutes, Basarab Mitruț managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Super Buni's supporters crossed their fingers, but Basarab Mitruț was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Basarab Mitruț to make the kick off. Basarab Mitruț received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Nicodim Aalexoaiei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 55 played minutes Ametistul got a freekick which was hit by Eric Bunescu. After having played for 61 minutes, Basarab Mitruț managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Super Buni's supporters crossed their fingers, but Basarab Mitruț was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Basarab Mitruț fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicodim Aalexoaiei having to interfere. Basarab Mitruț received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Nicodim Aalexoaiei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 85 minutes into the match, Ametistul's Cazimir Ioanițiu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eduard Firea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 88th match minute, FC Super Buni was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dumitru Drăgoi to maneuver through the defense. Basarab Mitruț sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Super Buni were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Ametistul for a fine match.
