Anton Bălășescu ran back to his position shaking his head. 12 minutes into the match, FC Folklorika's Anton Bălășescu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ionel Dejeu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Daniel Călimanescu struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Valer Cosoreanu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Botarcani. After having played for 29 minutes, Sandu Măgherușan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 33rd minute, Anton Bălășescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Sandu Măgherușan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Botarcani's supporters rose to their feet, but Sandu Măgherușan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valer Cosoreanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Costel Zgabei in the 60thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Valer Cosoreanu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 61 minutes into the match, Botarcani's Sandu Măgherușan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Valer Cosoreanu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. It was beautiful to see Botarcani's Rareș Ciocârlan in action when he in the 69th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Sandu Măgherușan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Valer Cosoreanu made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Costel Zgabei sent off a good shot on target. FC Folklorika's Valer Cosoreanu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save FC Folklorika from getting a goal against them. Sandu Măgherușan kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Sandu Măgherușan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Valer Cosoreanu made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Costel Zgabei sent off a good shot on target. 89 minutes into the game, Tiberiu Vulcan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Folklorika's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Botarcani the free kick. A collision led to FC Folklorika getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Tiberiu Vulcan hit a great ball. 91 minutes into the match, Sandu Măgherușan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Valer Cosoreanu, 0-1. Sandu Măgherușan struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Valer Cosoreanu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Botarcani.
