Spectators: 6110 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1100, VIP seats: 10) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mihăiţă Tărău started the match with the kick off. After 5 played minutes QuatroDeltic® United got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Hurgoi. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind QuatroDeltic® United's goalkeeper Narcis Dragoș, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of QuatroDeltic® United booed when 1987 Cartierul Zob was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olimpiu Cobâlcescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mihăiţă Tărău received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Narcis Dragoș tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Mihăiţă Tărău had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leontin Pietreanu in the 22nd minute of play forced 1987 Cartierul Zob's goalkeeper Tudor Voican to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mihăiţă Tărău's late challenge caught a QuatroDeltic® United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mihăiţă Tărău helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to 1987 Cartierul Zob getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Mihăiţă Tărău hit a great ball. Leontin Pietreanu took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tudor Voican. Tudor Voican dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Radu Frățilă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narcis Dragoș having to interfere. If Denis Neicu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tudor Voican showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leontin Pietreanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Leontin Pietreanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Tudor Voican tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leontin Pietreanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind 1987 Cartierul Zob's goalkeeper Tudor Voican, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tudor Voican didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leontin Pietreanu went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Narcis Dragoș made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihăiţă Tărău in the 57th minute of play. 1987 Cartierul Zob's Tudor Voican played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leontin Pietreanu in the 66th minute of play. With a little luck, 1987 Cartierul Zob's Tudor Voican got control of the ball when Leontin Pietreanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 69 minutes, Tudor Voican successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 85th minute, Albert Bogătean hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 88 minutes into the game, Leontin Pietreanu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tudor Voican. Leontin Pietreanu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. Alexandru Bacanu charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alexandru Bacanu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mihăiţă Tărău fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narcis Dragoș having to interfere. After 98 minutes, Mircea Ciobanu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the QuatroDeltic® United and the 1987 Cartierul Zob players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mircea Ciobanu kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. QuatroDeltic® United's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
