Crows's Gavril Tinu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihăiţă Tărău in the 21st minute of play. In the 25th minute Mihăiţă Tărău shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavril Tinu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mihăiţă Tărău to make the kick off. Edgar Dudău hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Radu Frățilă in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gavril Tinu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of 1987 Cartierul Zob booed when Crows was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Panciu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tudor Voican stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Irinel Gherase's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sebastian Mardarescu during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Radu Frățilă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gavril Tinu having to interfere. After 94 minutes of play, 1987 Cartierul Zob's Radu Frățilă made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gavril Tinu was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Crows players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
