Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Florin Ababei kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Deville getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Lucrețiu Popic hit a great ball. After 5 minutes, Emanuel Coșeriu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deville and the Bisericani players grew even worse after the yellow card. Emanuel Coșeriu hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Eliodor Curcă came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Bisericani's Luca Gheorghiu. But to his dismay, Luca Gheorghiu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Florin Ababei charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Florin Ababei the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 9 played minutes Deville got a freekick which was hit by Florin Ababei. When Dorel Ghiorman came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Bisericani fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dorel Ghiorman couldn't finish the play. Eliodor Curcă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iordache Păunescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eliodor Curcă made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dorel Ghiorman in the 15th minute. In the 18th minute, Paul Băsescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 23 minutes into the match, Bisericani's goal looked a bit too open when Florin Ababei came free, but Narcis Ichimescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iordache Păunescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Eliodor Curcă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Bisericani's Marcu Encea got a free kick in the 29th minute. After having played for 30 minutes, Florin Ababei managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deville's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florin Ababei was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Deville booed when Bisericani was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iacob Drăghincescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Iordache Rotariu fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bisericani's protests and gave Iordache Rotariu a yellow card for diving instead. Iordache Rotariu hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. When Florin Ababei came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Deville fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florin Ababei couldn't finish the play. Dorel Ghiorman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th minute Iordache Păunescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliodor Curcă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Narcis Ichimescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paul Băsescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Iordache Păunescu was the one to do the kick off. Dorel Ghiorman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Eliodor Curcă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 69 minutes into the game, Manole Lupescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deville's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bisericani the free kick. After a rather tough play, Deville's Manole Lupescu got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 73rd minute, Florin Ababei made a precise shot to the right of Narcis Ichimescu. Bisericani's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 80th minute, Deville's Florin Ababei dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. With a little luck, Bisericani's Narcis Ichimescu got control of the ball when Paul Băsescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Florin Ababei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 90 minutes into the match, Deville's Paul Băsescu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Narcis Ichimescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Florin Ababei managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deville's supporters rose to their feet, but Florin Ababei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Narcis Ichimescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 93 minutes of play, Bisericani's Dorel Ghiorman made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eliodor Curcă was left in no man's land by his defense there!
