Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sorin Boia kicked off to start the match. In the 17th minute Iordache Păunescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Călin Piț saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Frunzisul's goal looked a bit too open when Iordache Rotariu came free, but Călin Piț reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th match minute, Bisericani was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iacob Drăghincescu to maneuver through the defense. Octavian Calboreanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Bisericani's Iacob Drăghincescu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Călin Piț. That made the score 2-0 after 31 minutes of play. Călin Piț showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iordache Rotariu, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Călin Piț took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iacob Drăghincescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Călin Piț made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iordache Păunescu in the 44th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Iordache Păunescu made a kick off. Iordache Păunescu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Călin Piț having to make a save. Narcis Ichimescu made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Sorin Boia sent off a good shot on target. 55 minutes into the match, Bisericani's goalkeeper Narcis Ichimescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sorin Boia. In the 56th minute, Dorel Neacșu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edgar Zăvoianu hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After 59 played minutes Frunzisul got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Dănănae. Călin Piț made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iordache Rotariu in the 62nd minute of play. Fabian Dănănae took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 66th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Narcis Ichimescu. Bisericani's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Frunzisul's Călin Piț played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iordache Păunescu in the 69th minute of play. Sorin Boia's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Narcis Ichimescu firmly grabbed it by the left post. Frunzisul's Călin Piț played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iordache Păunescu in the 81st minute of play. Călin Piț showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iordache Păunescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Sorin Boia hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Bisericani fully deserved thier win.
