Spectators: 7197 (Terracing: 5647, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 50) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Vali Perișoară kicked off to start the match. In the 5th match minute, FCSB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remus Baicu to maneuver through the defense. Eliodor Udrescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remus Baicu in the 10th minute of the match. Marius Codrescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vali Perișoară received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Eliodor Udrescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, Akarat F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Horaţiu Berevoescu came free, but Eliodor Udrescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Remus Baicu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marius Codrescu in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nistor Onaca, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A hard shot 24 in the game by Marius Codrescu from a close distance when the talented Nistor Onaca managed to make a qualified save. FCSB's players were relieved. 27 minutes into the game, Niculae Noica recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nistor Onaca. Niculae Noica showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Eliodor Udrescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remus Baicu in the 30th minute of play. Akarat F.C.'s Eliodor Udrescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remus Baicu in the 33rd minute of play. Marius Codrescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Akarat F.C.'s Marius Codrescu in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FCSB's goalie prevented a goal. Marius Codrescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Nistor Onaca made a huge save.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marius Codrescu to make the kick off. Nistor Onaca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marius Codrescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. If Horea Hidiș had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 60 minutes into the match, Akarat F.C.'s goalkeeper Eliodor Udrescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mihai Zdrehuş. Eliodor Udrescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vali Perișoară, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. After some careless play in the Akarat F.C. defense, Mihai Zdrehuş kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eliodor Udrescu. The Akarat F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eliodor Udrescu should have stopped the shot. The attack was good, but when Marius Codrescu in the 76th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After a defensive mix-up in FCSB's zone, Silviu Vuia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nistor Onaca came out of the goal and Silviu Vuia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Marius Codrescu came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Akarat F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marius Codrescu couldn't finish the play. If Vali Perișoară had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eliodor Udrescu came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by FCSB's Remus Baicu. But to his dismay, Remus Baicu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Akarat F.C. were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
