Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Iordache Cârstoiu started the match with the kick off. Maxim Enciulescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Laurențiu Patrichi went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Edgar Praporgescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zgaroesti's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgar Praporgescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maxim Enciulescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 10th minute, Iordache Cârstoiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maxim Enciulescu was out of position in the 11 minute of play, and Ilie Zdrelea capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ilie Zdrelea really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. If Edgar Praporgescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the match, Zgaroesti's goal looked a bit too open when Dinu Ispas came free, but Nicolae Petrin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Zgaroesti getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Mădălin Zmărăndescu hit a great ball. After 24 minutes of play, Zgaroesti's Edgar Praporgescu made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maxim Enciulescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Ilie Zdrelea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maxim Enciulescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ilie Zdrelea in the 33rd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Edgar Praporgescu put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Maxim Enciulescu. Maxim Enciulescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mădălin Zmărăndescu in the 42nd minute. After having played for 43 minutes, Denis Ţirpescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Neaua's supporters crossed their fingers, but Denis Ţirpescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edgar Praporgescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maxim Enciulescu having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edgar Praporgescu made a kick off. Edgar Praporgescu scored 5-0 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maxim Enciulescu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 57th minute, Edgar Praporgescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maxim Enciulescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. If Mădălin Zmărăndescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Maxim Enciulescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ilie Zdrelea in the 62nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Neaua's zone, Edgar Praporgescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maxim Enciulescu came out of the goal and Edgar Praporgescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Zgaroesti fans' excitement grew in the 65th match minute when Zgaroesti's Edgar Praporgescu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 68 minutes, Horea Chirea mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Neaua and the Zgaroesti players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 68th match minute, Neaua was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horea Chirea to maneuver through the defense. Pavel Smarandache charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pavel Smarandache the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Pavel Smarandache hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Maxim Enciulescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Praporgescu in the 73rd minute of the match. When Dinu Ispas came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Neaua fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dinu Ispas couldn't finish the play. In the 82nd minute, Ilie Zdrelea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maxim Enciulescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viorel Hurmuzache in the 87th minute of play. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Neaua's goalkeeper Maxim Enciulescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 96 minutes into the match, Zgaroesti's goal looked a bit too open when Iordache Cârstoiu came free, but Nicolae Petrin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Zgaroesti fully deserved thier win.
