Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Iordache Ciorogaru got the match started through his kick off. Aurelian Bobocea's late challenge caught a Akarat F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aurelian Bobocea helped the player get up and apologised. In the 10th minute Valer Berceanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Corneliu Filipașcu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Akarat F.C.'s Eliodor Udrescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iordache Ciorogaru in the 27th minute of play. After having played for 29 minutes, Niculae Noica managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Akarat F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Niculae Noica was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aurelian Bobocea kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Iordache Ciorogaru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Eliodor Udrescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marius Codrescu was the one to do the kick off. Eliodor Udrescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iordache Ciorogaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 56 played minutes Berestii got a freekick which was hit by Iordache Ciorogaru. Valer Berceanu was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 57th minute. Akarat F.C.'s manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 65th minute, Mircea Pârvan made a precise shot to the right of Eliodor Udrescu. Akarat F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 73rd minute, Valer Berceanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The throw-in from Silviu Vuia in the 83rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Berestii's David Bârsescu. After 84 minutes of play, Berestii's Iordache Ciorogaru made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eliodor Udrescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Iordache Ciorogaru managed to get in a good position for a shot. Berestii's supporters rose to their feet, but Iordache Ciorogaru was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eliodor Udrescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Iurie Dimofte lost his temper 89 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Akarat F.C.:s Eliodor Udrescu showed great skill when he stopped Sever Elenescu:s penalty. Eliodor Udrescu came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Berestii's Sever Elenescu. But to his dismay, Sever Elenescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. The supporters of Berestii booed when Akarat F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicu Zegreanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, Berestii could leave the field as winners, despite Akarat F.C. having more of the ball for most of the match.
