Matei Covaci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36th minute, Emanuel Hurmuzescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Farmecul Vietii 1923's Șerban Ababei proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Farmecul Vietii 1923 from getting a goal against them. Ştefan Văleanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vali Antipa having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paul Berceanu in the 69th minute of play forced Farmecul Vietii 1923's goalkeeper Șerban Ababei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valentin Sasu kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. The supporters of Farmecul Vietii 1923 booed when ANOSR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentin Sasu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vali Antipa came out of the goal and Cazimir Aplugăriței tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Emilian Romulus took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Vali Antipa to make any attempt to save it. Vali Antipa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dragoş Moculescu in the 89th minute of play. Dragoş Moculescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
