Călin Groza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emilian Romulus in the 74th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adrian Platon got free with Șerban Ababei in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Farmecul Vietii 1923's Cătălin Alecu was substituted for Rareș Trapcea. Sandu Jienescu kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match.
