Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Cătălin Balint made the kick off which started today's match. Costel Şuplăcan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Ferdinand Cârstoiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Cujmiru getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Costel Şuplăcan hit a great ball. When Cujmiru's Costel Şuplăcan in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ciochiuta's goalie prevented a goal. When Cujmiru's Costel Şuplăcan in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 23rd minute, Alex Barna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Costel Şuplăcan's late challenge caught a Ciochiuta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Costel Şuplăcan helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Ciochiuta booed when Cujmiru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Costel Şuplăcan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ferdinand Cârstoiu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Costel Şuplăcan's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 33rd minute of the game. One of Ciochiuta:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cujmiru:s goal. Călin Muja shot the penalty kick right outside the post. During the 43rd minute of the match Costel Şuplăcan completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Costel Şuplăcan a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 44 played minutes Cujmiru got a freekick which was hit by Costel Şuplăcan. Ferdinand Cârstoiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albert Oroian in the 46th minute of the match. Sandu Șişman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Petru Deșliu made the kick off in the second half. Petru Deșliu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The corner ended in Felix Badea almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ciochiuta's Ferdinand Cârstoiu did a great save. Petru Deșliu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferdinand Cârstoiu having to interfere. After 57 played minutes Ciochiuta got a freekick which was hit by Aurel Pop. After 58 minutes, Aurel Pop mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ciochiuta and the Cujmiru players grew even worse after the yellow card. Aurel Pop kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Augustin Zgaroi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cătălin Balint in the 60th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Codrin Tastaman in the 63rd minute of play forced Cujmiru's goalkeeper Augustin Zgaroi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Petru Deșliu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Petru Deșliu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Ferdinand Cârstoiu made a huge save. Ferdinand Cârstoiu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Petru Deșliu in the 76th minute. Petru Deșliu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Ferdinand Cârstoiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Petru Deșliu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferdinand Cârstoiu having to interfere. In the 85thth minute of the game Petru Deșliu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ciochiuta's Ferdinand Cârstoiu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cătălin Balint fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augustin Zgaroi having to interfere. In the 94th minute Albert Oroian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferdinand Cârstoiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ferdinand Cârstoiu came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Cujmiru's Mircea Puișoru. But to his dismay, Mircea Puișoru quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Cujmiru's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
