Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Iulian Hârciog got the match started through his kick off. Eugen Pricop showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iulian Hârciog in the 4th minute of the match. Marcel Bărboianu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pompiliu Smarandache in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34th minute, Pompiliu Smarandache got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tudor Darabonț received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Eugen Pricop tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Biltaci CSM's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pompiliu Smarandache was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Biltaci CSM's zone, Cristinel Chifu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcel Bărboianu came out of the goal and Cristinel Chifu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pompiliu Smarandache in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcel Bărboianu saved Biltaci CSM from getting behind. After 78 played minutes Biltaci CSM got a freekick which was hit by Mircea Joja. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pompiliu Smarandache in the 84th managed to get into a good position. Tudor Darabonț fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugen Pricop having to interfere. Tudor Darabonț could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Eugen Pricop made a huge save. If Pompiliu Smarandache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
