Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. In the 3rd minute, Mircea Joja reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Adrian Vătăşel. The goal made the score 1-0. After some careless play in the Secueni defense, Iulian Hârciog kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adrian Vătăşel. The Secueni fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adrian Vătăşel should have stopped the shot. Secueni's Adrian Vătăşel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Codruț Turcan in the 15th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Codruț Turcan made a precise shot to the right of Adrian Vătăşel. Secueni's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Adrian Vătăşel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Codruț Turcan in the 19th minute. Constantin Mironescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adrian Vătăşel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iulian Hârciog, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Secueni's Adrian Vătăşel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Secueni from getting a goal against them. Tudor Darabonț scored 5-0 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adrian Vătăşel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 40 minutes into the game, Iulian Hârciog recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Adrian Vătăşel. Iulian Hârciog showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 6-0. Tudor Darabonț scored 7-0 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adrian Vătăşel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Adrian Vătăşel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tudor Darabonț in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 7-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Adrian Vătăşel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Narcis Iuga, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Iulian Hârciog received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Adrian Vătăşel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 57th minute, Codruț Turcan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adrian Vătăşel was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. If Constantin Mironescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adrian Vătăşel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tudor Darabonț, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Petrică Stere hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Secueni's Constantin Mironescu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marcel Bărboianu. That made the score 8-1 after 75 minutes of play. Adrian Vătăşel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mircea Joja in the 78th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, Biltaci CSM's goalkeeper Marcel Bărboianu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iacob Anghelescu. Constantin Mironescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mircea Joja fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Vătăşel having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 90th minute by Constantin Mironescu got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Adrian Vătăşel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iulian Hârciog in the 91st minute of play. Adrian Vătăşel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iulian Hârciog in the 94th minute of the match.
