An unexpectedly hard shot by Iustin Lipoveanu in the 4th minute of play forced Secueni's goalkeeper Adrian Vătăşel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Iacob Anghelescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Narcis Bădila was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Adrian Vătăşel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rareș Zbughină in the 35th minute. Narcis Bădila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iacob Anghelescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 40th minute, Constantin Mironescu made a precise shot to the right of Narcis Bădila. AS PODARI's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1.

The wind increased when George Dumitru made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves Iacob Anghelescu could shoot a difficult shot in the 66th minute, which Narcis Bădila however easily saved by the left post. After 67 played minutes Iacob Anghelescu could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 0-2 into the left cross. In the 72nd minute, Iacob Anghelescu made a precise shot to the right of Narcis Bădila. AS PODARI's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Iacob Anghelescu succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 76th playminute. 81 minutes into the game, Secueni's Iacob Anghelescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Narcis Bădila made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. 92 minutes into the match, Emilian Liciu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adrian Vătăşel. Secueni's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emilian Liciu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. Adrian Vătăşel came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by AS PODARI's Rareș Zbughină. But to his dismay, Rareș Zbughină quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-5. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Secueni walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
