Spectators: 7486 (Terracing: 5615, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fabian Lăceanu started the match with the kick off. In the 4th match minute, FC FuLgErU was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexandru Nițu to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to AS PODARI getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Marin Siniştean hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in AS PODARI's zone, Alin Pârlea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Narcis Bădila came out of the goal and Alin Pârlea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fabian Lăceanu took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Narcis Bădila. Narcis Bădila dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Dan Buzilă showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iustin Lipoveanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 16th minute, Isac Damian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC FuLgErU's goalkeeper Dan Buzilă, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilian Liciu in the 22nd minute of play forced FC FuLgErU's goalkeeper Dan Buzilă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rareș Zbughină fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dan Buzilă having to interfere. AS PODARI's Narcis Bădila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alin Pârlea in the 29th minute of play. The audience was convinced that George Dumitru's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dan Buzilă was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in FC FuLgErU's zone, Rareș Zbughină stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dan Buzilă came out of the goal and Rareș Zbughină tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Dumitru in the 41st minute of play forced FC FuLgErU's goalkeeper Dan Buzilă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The AS PODARI players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC FuLgErU were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when George Dumitru made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers George Dumitru in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dan Buzilă saved FC FuLgErU from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rareș Zbughină in the 55th minute of play forced FC FuLgErU's goalkeeper Dan Buzilă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isac Damian kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After 58 played minutes, AS PODARI's Radu Zafiu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dan Buzilă came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in AS PODARI reached it. 59 minutes into the match, FC FuLgErU's goal looked a bit too open when George Dumitru came free, but Dan Buzilă reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Narcis Bădila made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Alin Pârlea sent off a good shot on target. Fabian Lăceanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narcis Bădila having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Lăceanu in the 67th minute of play forced AS PODARI's goalkeeper Narcis Bădila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, FC FuLgErU's Ionică Encica got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 70th minute of the match Radu Zafiu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dan Buzilă showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Narcis Bădila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Lăceanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rareș Zbughină sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Fabian Lăceanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dan Buzilă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rareș Zbughină, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. George Dumitru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alin Pârlea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC FuLgErU walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
