Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Alin Neguțu made the kick off which started today's match. Șerban Rotariu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Corneliu Andriescu in the 5th minute of play. A collision led to Sumugiu getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Eric Trifu hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ion Bistreanu during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 8 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sumugiu! When the match had been going on for 9 minutes, Habic's Vali Radu got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Albert Vrabie. Albert Vrabie made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ion Alexiu in the 14th minute. Alin Neguțu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Albert Vrabie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alin Neguțu in the 17th minute of the match. Mugurel Frențiu kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Alin Neguțu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Albert Vrabie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Habic booed when Sumugiu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ovidiu Micescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee showed Eugen Ecobici the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Albert Vrabie prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 94 minutes into the match, Sumugiu's goal looked a bit too open when Vasile Jitaru came free, but Albert Vrabie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eugen Ecobici received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Albert Vrabie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 98thth minute of the game Ion Alexiu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sumugiu's Albert Vrabie was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sumugiu players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Habic.
