After a defensive mix-up in Gods Of The Arena's zone, Gigi Lopatnicu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuel Petriceanu came out of the goal and Gigi Lopatnicu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 15 minutes, Florin Plopșor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC TKD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florin Plopșor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gigel Ciocoiu's late challenge caught a Gods Of The Arena's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gigel Ciocoiu helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to FC TKD getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Gigel Ciocoiu hit a great ball. 20 minutes into the match, Gods Of The Arena's goal looked a bit too open when Florin Plopșor came free, but Emanuel Petriceanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute Florin Plopșor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Petriceanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mihnea Receanu made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Traian Chifu sent off a good shot on target. Emanuel Vornicu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mihnea Receanu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Olimpiu Harbuz charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olimpiu Harbuz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC TKD getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. A very good chance for a goal. 40 minutes into the match, Gods Of The Arena's goal looked a bit too open when Gigi Lopatnicu came free, but Emanuel Petriceanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Gods Of The Arena's Lucian Mălin got a free kick in the 45th minute. In the 46th minute, Gheorghe Ţiriac hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The corner led FC TKD's Narcis Răducanu to fire away a dangerous shot which Emanuel Petriceanu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Mihnea Receanu came out of the goal and Emanuel Vornicu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emanuel Petriceanu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Florin Plopșor's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Gods Of The Arena's Emanuel Petriceanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florin Plopșor in the 71st minute of play. Matei Tăutu kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Emanuel Vornicu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gods Of The Arena's supporters rose to their feet, but Emanuel Vornicu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mihnea Receanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Emanuel Petriceanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florin Plopșor, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Gods Of The Arena's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
