Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Andrei Bucataru got the match started through his kick off. Paul Hârlău was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Romeo Costandin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. In the 12th minute, Ciopirteni's Romeo Costandin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Paul Hârlău. Paul Hârlău yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Flavius Ciorobîtcă hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. 19 minutes into the match, Ciopirteni's goal looked a bit too open when Andrei Bucataru came free, but Iurie Muntian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paul Hârlău took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ionică Coșeriu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paul Hârlău showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romeo Costandin, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 25th minute, Marcu Andrițoiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Romeo Costandin charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andrei Bucataru in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iurie Muntian saved Ciopirteni from getting behind. Paul Hârlău was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ionică Coșeriu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 40 minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ionică Coșeriu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Defensivi Spiritus's goal looked a bit too open when Ionică Coșeriu came free, but Paul Hârlău reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, Ciopirteni's goalkeeper Iurie Muntian had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ionuț Mortu. The supporters of Defensivi Spiritus booed when Ciopirteni was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dragoş Voiculescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 57 played minutes Ciopirteni got a freekick which was hit by Valer Oproiu. In the 59th minute Ionică Coșeriu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paul Hârlău saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ionuț Mortu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iurie Muntian having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ionică Coșeriu in the 63rd minute of play forced Defensivi Spiritus's goalkeeper Paul Hârlău to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute, Ionică Coșeriu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paul Hârlău was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. When Nistor Bacanu came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Ciopirteni fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nistor Bacanu couldn't finish the play. Nistor Bacanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Paul Hârlău tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Ionică Coșeriu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nistor Bacanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Paul Hârlău tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paul Hârlău showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nistor Bacanu in the 85th minute of the match. Claudiu Secară charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Paul Hârlău dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1.
