In the 3rd minute of the match, Gigel Pantelimon tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Valeriu Ozon saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Gigel Pantelimon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The long shot by Cornel Balțoi in the 8th minute really tested Valeriu Ozon's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Ionel Troncotă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Romeo Ghișerel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 23 in the game by Gigel Pantelimon from a close distance when the talented Valeriu Ozon managed to make a qualified save. OLIMPIC BOCSA's players were relieved. Ionel Troncotă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeo Ghișerel having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Petrulean in the 28th minute of play forced OLIMPIC BOCSA's goalkeeper Valeriu Ozon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valeriu Ozon was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Aristide Savu. Romeo Ghișerel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ionel Troncotă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gigel Pantelimon had several of the OLIMPIC BOCSA's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 35 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Valeriu Ozon as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 43rd minute Ionel Troncotă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romeo Ghișerel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Romeo Ghișerel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ionel Troncotă went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Ionel Troncotă made the kick off in the second half. If Cătălin Zgondea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Romeo Ghișerel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cătălin Zgondea in the 61st minute. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Gigel Pantelimon put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Valeriu Ozon. In the 70thth minute of the game Gigel Pantelimon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but OLIMPIC BOCSA's Valeriu Ozon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee showed Albert Petrulean the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 87th minute, Albert Petrulean hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 95 minutes, Alin Herescu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the OLIMPIC BOCSA and the roxoxo players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of roxoxo booed when OLIMPIC BOCSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alin Herescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gigel Pantelimon in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valeriu Ozon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. For all the effort they put into the match, the OLIMPIC BOCSA players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for roxoxo.
