Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Toader Cămărășan started the match with the kick off. After 4 minutes, Manole Ioanițiu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AFC Wimbledon and the Crunti players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Toader Dănciulescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. George Bălășoiu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sorin Moga in the 9th minute. After some careless play in the Crunti defense, Toader Cămărășan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emanuel Săvescu. The Crunti fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emanuel Săvescu should have stopped the shot. AFC Wimbledon's Eliodor Stratulat suffered a sore foot after 17 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Toader Dănciulescu fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Crunti's protests and gave Toader Dănciulescu a yellow card for diving instead. Toader Dănciulescu kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. A collision led to AFC Wimbledon getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Iurie Fulga hit a great ball. In the 20th minute, Avram Boșneag sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and AFC Wimbledon's George Bălășoiu didn't even have to move. Crunti's Toader Dănciulescu got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Toader Dănciulescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without George Bălășoiu having to interfere. Iurie Fulga hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Toader Dănciulescu took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised George Bălășoiu. George Bălășoiu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 35th minute, Sorin Moga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Viorel Joja kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by AFC Wimbledon's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Avram Boșneag was slow to take the kick. During this time Crunti's players had a chance to rest. Toader Cămărășan tried in the game's 40th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy George Bălășoiu. An annoying self made goal, 2-1. Sorin Moga struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. George Bălășoiu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Crunti. When Manole Ioanițiu was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 47 minutes had been played. Manole Ioanițiu hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Toader Dănciulescu to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Sorin Moga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Crunti's supporters rose to their feet, but Sorin Moga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. George Bălășoiu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 67 minutes into the match, AFC Wimbledon's goal looked a bit too open when Sorin Moga came free, but George Bălășoiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Toader Dănciulescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. George Bălășoiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sorin Moga struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. George Bălășoiu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Crunti. A collision led to Crunti getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Narcis Stârcea hit a great ball. When Crunti's Toader Dănciulescu in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AFC Wimbledon's goalie prevented a goal. Sorin Moga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. George Bălășoiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Flavius Zmărăndescu charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Flavius Zmărăndescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in AFC Wimbledon fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 80th minute. Penalty! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Laurențiu Anghelescu during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Laurențiu Anghelescu hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute there was a penalty for Crunti. Avram Boșneag stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving George Bălășoiu. 6-1. Sorin Moga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 103rd minute. George Bălășoiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Crunti players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
