After a defensive mix-up in FC Noua BV's zone, Tudor Feroiu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Constantin Geolgău came out of the goal and Tudor Feroiu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Constantin Geolgău made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tudor Feroiu in the 20th minute of play. After having played for 22 minutes, Tudor Feroiu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pivniceni's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tudor Feroiu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Tudor Feroiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Urduban's late challenge caught a FC Noua BV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Daniel Urduban helped the player get up and apologised. Daniel Urduban hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Leontin Pârcălab might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Constantin Geolgău. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leontin Pârcălab ran back to his position shaking his head. Anton Zotincă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, FC Noua BV's Aron Vlădoiu got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 43rd minute, Flavius Capșuneanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tudor Feroiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 47 minutes into the match, FC Noua BV's goalkeeper Constantin Geolgău had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Flavius Capșuneanu.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tudor Feroiu was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Pivniceni's goal looked a bit too open when Anton Zotincă came free, but Costică Oproiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Pivniceni booed when FC Noua BV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aron Vlădoiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pivniceni's Costică Oproiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anton Zotincă in the 72nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Pivniceni's Daniel Urduban got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 84th minute, Flavius Capșuneanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Flavius Capșuneanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 89 minutes into the game, Tudor Feroiu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Constantin Geolgău was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Constantin Geolgău breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 96 minutes, Tudor Feroiu made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC Noua BV's Constantin Geolgău tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Pivniceni fully deserved thier win.
