Spectators: 6745 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1745, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nicodim Doinaș kicked off to start the match. Felix Orădan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicodim Doinaș's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. Nicodim Doinaș fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Orădan having to interfere. A collision led to Bozies getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. George Cârnațiu hit a great ball. In the 17th minute of the match Pavel Amandiței shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emanuel Zamfira showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 18th minute, Doru Nanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felix Orădan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Luncașu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Doru Nanu struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Emanuel Zamfira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ruginosi FC. Doru Nanu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Emanuel Zamfira made a huge save. In the 35th minute, Ioan Măcrinici reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Emanuel Zamfira. The goal made the score 1-1. Ioan Măcrinici blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emanuel Zamfira having to make a save. In the 42nd minute of the match Toader Baldovin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Felix Orădan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ioan Măcrinici sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ioan Măcrinici made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Gabriel Luncașu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Felix Orădan was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Pavel Amandiței hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. When Nicodim Doinaș came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Bozies fans jumped to their feet. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gabriel Luncașu got free with Felix Orădan in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Ruginosi FC's Felix Orădan got control of the ball when Gabriel Luncașu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicodim Doinaș in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Felix Orădan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 78 minutes into the game, Bozies's Gabriel Luncașu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Felix Orădan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. With splendid footwork Nicodim Doinaș arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-3 by the left pole in the game's 82nd minute. In the 87th minute, Nicodim Doinaș got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Ruginosi FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Eugen Miclea hit a great ball. When the match was over Bozies could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ruginosi FC throughout the match.
